Mister Pasa Deda Siregar is the Founding Partner at Law Office Pasa, Maha and Partners. He earned the academic title of Sarjana hukum from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Jakarta Indonesia. He earned the academic title of Magister Hukum from the University of Indonesia. Known as a very strong and conscientious practitioner, he specializes in Criminal Law, Civil Law, Land Affairs, Payables and Receivables, Intellectual Property Right (IPR), Manpower, and has expertise in the issues of Labor, arbitration and Property Laws.
Mr. Pasa, who joins in the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), has earned his license to practice as a lawyer since 2007 and is also a member of the Indonesian Curators and Administrators Association (AKPI).
