Personal Experience
Erwin earned the academic title of Bachelor of Law from University of HKBP Nommensen Medan in 2018 with a focus on Constitutional Law. After attaining a bachelor’s degree from University of HKBP Nommensen Medan, he has joined the Indonesian Advocates Association (AAI). He started his legal career as a Paralegal in several Law Firm in Jakarta, and then joined at Law Office Pasa, Maha and Partners as a Junior Lawyer where he has been involved in drafting and reviewing agreements and various legal documents for litigation cases. He also involved in several dispute resolution issues including Criminal Law, Civil Law, Payables and Receivables, Corporate Legal Issues and Family Law.
