Personal Experience
He started his career as a Lawyer at Mawar Saron Legal Aid Foundation, Jakarta and was entrusted to serve as the head of Manpower Law division. He then started his professional career as a Lawyer at Hotma Sitompoel and Associates Law Firm and DSS and Partners Law Firm. He and Pasa Deda Siregar jointly established Law Office Pasa, Maha and Partners and since its establishment to date it runs well.
