Our Office can represent a company to handle the company’s interests such as establishment of a company (a local or foreign one), permit handling at relevant government agencies as stipulated by rules and regulations at the BKPM (The Investment Coordinating Board of the Republic of Indonesia) for a foreign company and relevant department/ministry according to the type of a company-company acquisition, company liquidation, and handling of company documents. We work in cooperation with a professional team and notary to handle such arrangements.
Commercial Law
Business disputes against a company, such as a dispute on bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, taxation, projects inter-companies, and disputes relating to commercial study either they are settled through courts or through out of court. We have a professional team and partner to settle such disputes.
Criminal Law

It is a scientific study based on prevailing laws upon the request of a client to give a legal opinion on a legal case which is likely to happen or is happening against a juristic fact. Our Office can write a comprehensive and accountable legal opinion.

Our Office has succeeded a lot in handling civil cases at mediation level and court process, such as land dispute, inheritance dispute, debt and credit dispute, divorces and the like. Specific petitions relating to civil law rights are part of our Office specialty, such as a petition for subrogate curator, name change, custody, child adoption, et cetera.
